In an effort to assist residents in conserving energy, the City of Richland is offering a complimentary service by replacing existing incandescent bulbs with energy efficient CFL bulbs. By replacing a 60-watt incandescent bulb with a 13-watt CFL bulb you can save about $30 over the life of the bulb in energy costs! They will also replace less efficient shower heads with more efficient counterparts. This is a free service being offered on a first come first serve basis. The installation and products are complimentary while supplies last and there is no additional obligation.
