Badger Mountain South Master Planned Community in Richland is ready to go! An 1,878 acre parcel of land which was annexed in last year, now has a master plan and implementation of infrastructure will begin soon. Located near the Dallas Road and I-82 interchange this community will be home to some 3,000 to 5,000 new homes, which could add up to 12,000 new residents to the city of Richland.
